Insight Global is looking for an Associate Managing Director to work for one of our client's based in the Kansas City area. This person will be responsible for helping to streamline communication and... operations alongside the Managing Director. This person will be a key operational leader focused on supporting the sales and operations organizations within the company. This person will ensure that their region is up to par with sales performance and customer retention. There is travel required for this role, roughly 60% of the time where this person will travel within their region and meet with agents/wholesalers face to face to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position has experience building customer relationships, leading sales and operations teams, and understands the full sales cycle.
