Key Responsibilities Include: *Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. *Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations from front to back, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility. *Collaboration: Work closely with providers and physician groups to foster valuable relationships and achieve common goals. *Huddles and Meetings: Conduct daily huddles and team connects to align on goals and address any issues. *Facility Management: Handle facility maintenance, patient issues, ordering supplies, and managing escalations. *Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll processes and administrative tasks. *Resource Management: Coordinate with multiple resources including property managers, education, and HR departments. *Crisis Management: Step in to assist during unexpected high volumes or emergencies. Qualifications: *Proven experience in healthcare management or a related field. *Strong leadership and team management skills. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. *Knowledge of healthcare operations and administrative processes.
