Support workforce engagement by promoting a strong safety culture across all project teams. QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 8 years of construction safety experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role. Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs on large, complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and construction safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work full-time on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Professional certifications (e.g., CHST, CSP, OHST) preferred. Additional Staffing RequirementProvide an additional full-time Field EHS Representative for every 75 craft personnel assigned to the project.
