We are seeking a skilled architectural designer with strong creative design and visualization background to support the Creative Design team. This role is responsible for creating design concepts and... leading the visualization of people space projects from concept to final presentation. You will be a hands-on creative designer ensuring that the architectural proposals meet design standards.The ideal candidate will be a multidisciplinary problem solver with practical experience space planning, rendering, graphic design, FF&E and concept packages.What You?ll Do- Maintain space planning team design process workflow- Develop design efforts for infrastructure and Workplace development from concept to delivery to meet our aggressive goals- Work in a fast-paced environment- Collaborate in feasibility studies, develop test fits and FF&E packages- Develop design concepts and pricing packages.
