Support and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless (Wi-Fi) networks across a large environment.? Work with routers, switches, and wireless access points to ensure reliable internet and network performance.? Support campus-wide VoIP/telephony systems, including thousands of IP phones.? Partner with vendors during new building launches, working alongside implementation teams and assuming ownership post-deployment.? Serve as an escalation point for technicians by leveraging and helping standardize network documentation and SharePoint diagrams.?
