Insight Global is seeking a Cost Account Manager (CAM) for one of our large DoD customers out of the St. Charles, MO area. This roles is onsite 5 days per week. The person in this role will lead and... coordinate technical execution for Operational Flight Program (OFP) software teams and related integration activities, owning Cost Account Management (CAM) for assigned software work by overseeing budgets, monitoring earned value performance, and delivering objective forecasts. They will maintain and defend the performance measurement baseline, collect timely cost and schedule data, and compute key EVM indicators such as CPI, SPI, ETC, and EAC. The role requires identifying root causes for variances, driving corrective action and re-planning, and keeping leadership and stakeholders informed. This position also involves close collaboration with systems engineering, test, QA, and supply chain to ensure software is delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget, as well as mentoring and developing early-career engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and technical rigor.Compensation:$50/hr to $58/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
