- Process approved orders for IT hardware, software, and services- Enter newly acquired assets into the asset management system (Freshservice)- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory,... including:-----Adds, moves, changes, and deletions----Hardware and software/license assignments- Support asset lifecycle updates and inventory accuracy- Assist with software license tracking and renewals- Support annual renewal projects and licensing audits- Maintain standard license and equipment stock levels- Prepare summaries and data for Technology Acquisition Planning Sessions (TAPS) (experience not required)- Provide reporting, research, and administrative support to IT leadership- Assist with ad hoc asset and procurement-related tasks as neededWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
