This role is hands-on and initially operates as a solo contributor, with a clear expectation to build, refine, and eventually lead the estimating team and processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned estimator who wants to take the next step, enjoys teaching and mentoring, and is comfortable owning both estimates and the systems that support them.
