Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner for Customer Experience for a large pest control services company. This individual will collaborate with Scrum Leads, Program Managers, Integration Managers,... Technical Leads and third-party software solution providers to deliver business value. They will balance diverse requests and priorities to establish a product vision and a tactical roadmap, prioritize the product backlog during sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming sessions, and establish goals and define content for Agile software deployment teams. This individual will maintain a solid understanding of user needs and industry trends, and champion the implications of technology on business needs, and they serve as the subject matter expert on the product.
