This role focuses on expense-side analysis? Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with GAAP and UMMS policies.? The ideal candidate will hold a current PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification and have experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. This role supports pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients and healthcare providers.Accurately compound sterile and non-sterile medications under supervision.Maintain and restock automated dispensing machines and medication carts.Receive, unpack, and verify incoming pharmaceutical shipments.Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and controlled substances.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.Provide excellent customer service to patients, nurses, and other healthcare staff.Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
