Manage change across multiple concurrent initiatives, integrate Change Management into Agile and waterfall lifecycles, partner with Project Management on plans/timelines, report to the GBS Global Change Management Partner to provide regular status and escalate risks/issues.? Apply the Kraft Heinz Change Management Methodology (Make it REAL, Make it WORK, Make it LAST) to build and execute comprehensive plans (including targeted communications)? Collaborate with Internal Communications to use the right channels, branding, and timing.? Drive stakeholder readiness by identifying change impacts and building a robust stakeholder analysis. Design audience-specific training strategy, manage training development, logistics, and delivery (as required).? Measure and improve outcomes by conducting readiness assessments and post-go-live surveys to gauge sentiment/commitment.
