This role will lead strategies across adoption, communication, and knowledge across two key enterprise priorities. The candidate will drive awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption of new systems and workplace experiences by translating complex change into clear, engaging communication and scalable knowledge solutions. The candidate will interface and collaborate across partner groups including IT, PMO, Facilities, HR and business teams to ensure seamless delivery. From a knowledge and enablement standpoint, responsibilities include advancing centralized knowledge platforms, ensuring accessible content, and enabling a network of communicators and change champions through tools and workshops.
