The hydraulic structures are undergoing construction activites due to documeted concrete deterioration from Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) and Freeze/Thaw (F/T) damage. This role involves daily field presence, coordination with construction contractors and federal personnel, verification of work quality and safety compliance, and preparation of inspection reports.
