We are seeking two Change Leads to support enterprise-level supply chain transformation initiatives within a retail company?s Supply Chain Programs organization. These are high-impact,... execution-focused change leadership roles supporting complex, multi-year transformation programs across operations, technology, and business teams. One role is an immediate backfill for an ongoing supply chain initiative, requiring someone who can step into a complex, in-flight program with established change strategy, change-resistant partners, and minimal ramp-up time. The second role will support a new supply chain transformation program launching in 2026. Both roles will report to the hiring manager and embed closely with their assigned program teams, partnering daily with project managers, training, technology, and product teams to drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment.
