The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in both pre-sale and post-sale environments.Key Responsibilities?Escalation Management: Lead or support 3rd-level (3LS)/Sales escalations involving display hardware, firmware, and integration issues.
