This role supports a strategic digital initiative to build a third platform for Thermo Fisher focused on AI-driven customer experience. The platform will enable customers to ask questions and... dynamically pull information from existing Thermo Fisher digital properties. The goal is to centralize insights from current sites, surface relevant data through AI, and guide users back into the traditional digital funnel.
