We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SAP Program Manager to lead a critical enterprise-wide migration to SAP S/4HANA. This role is pivotal to the success of a multi-phase,... high-visibility transformation program that touches nearly every aspect of our business. As we modernize our core ERP platform, we need a strong leader who can not only manage program execution but also serve as the connective tissue between IT, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.This role will take ownership of the full program lifecyclefrom financial governance to stakeholder alignmentensuring that the business and technical components of the migration are progressing in lockstep. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, proactively driving results, and delivering complex updates in a clear and compelling way to C-level executives and steering committees.Key to success in this role is the ability to manage program financials with precision. This includes budget planning, tracking, and forecasting, as well as ensuring financial transparency and accountability across workstreams. Youll be expected to develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting decks that provide both granular insight and executive-level summaries, enabling leadership to make informed decisions quickly.Youll also play a critical role in facilitating business-facing meetings, including leading steering committees, stand-ups, and program updates across departments. This is not a purely tactical roleyour voice and perspective will help shape strategy, adjust priorities, and influence resource allocation.
