The Technical Lead will design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure database architectures, modernize legacy systems across on prem and cloud environments, and drive DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Java, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. In addition to hands-on technical leadership, this role will provide organizational and people leadership?defining long-term technical direction, mentoring and developing senior engineers, ensuring predictable delivery across Agile teams, and collaborating closely with product, business, and executive stakeholders. Compensation:$62/hr to $72/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
