Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant for a top healthcare services client. This individual will support providers in a clinic setting by delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with... clinical and laboratory procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong clinical standards and exceptional customer service.Day-to-Day:? Provide routine patient care under the direction of physicians or clinical supervisors? Room patients and prepare them for examinations ? Administer medications, immunizations, EKGs, ear lavages, and assist with minor procedures ? Perform venipuncture and manage laboratory duties (drawing, spinning, prepping samples) ? Maintain and stock exam rooms; clean and sterilize instruments ? Manage patient medical records and enter encounters/test requisitions into the system ? Answer phones, triage calls, and assist with front office functions as needed? Communicate test results and follow-up instructions to patients per the provider's direction ?
