Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:?Own digital product delivery end to end: ideation ? requirements ? development ? testing ? launch ?Lead backlog ownership and prioritization: define epics/features, write clear user stories, manage grooming/refinement, and keep teams aligned for sprint execution ?Drive delivery across multiple stakeholder groups including Digital Technologies, Product Experience Management (PXM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Customer Experience (CX), Digital Development, Global CX, eCommerce Content, Global eCommerce, plus PMO/brand/marketing partners ?Manage cross team dependencies, ensure deliverables are owned, and remove blockers quickly (escalate when appropriate) ?Represent the workstream in program reviews, sharing updates through status reporting, metrics, and clear visuals/charts when required ?Facilitate and lead kickoffs, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder working sessions, and delivery meetings, ensuring action items and decisions are captured and driven to closure ?Partner with the Digital Coordinator for day to day coordination support as needed, while maintaining accountability for overall delivery and outcomes (PO remains the ?owner?)
