Responsibilities: Inventory & Spares Management (Odoo)Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical audits of critical spare parts inventory at the CUP, B10, and Facilities Shop.Maintain part records in Odoo, ensuring serial numbers, manufacturer data, and lead times are updated.Manage "Min/Max" reorder points within Odoo to prevent stock-outs of high-criticality maintenance items.Reconcile physical stock variances against Odoo system records and investigate root causes for data discrepancies.Ensure that all inventory consumed during maintenance tasks is correctly logged to trigger automated replenishment.
