Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Agentforce to lead the strategy, solution design, and hands-on development of complex AI-driven CRM... initiatives for one of their top health tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of AI architecture, Salesforce development, and business strategy, partnering closely with Sales, CRM, and Data teams to design scalable Agentforce solutions that deliver measurable business value.The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view, can ?pick sides? when navigating product and roadmap decisions, and is equally comfortable whiteboarding architecture, influencing stakeholders, and building production-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities: This candidate will serve as the Agentforce SME, owning end-to-end strategy, solutioning, and technical direction, partner with business and sales stakeholders to identify use cases, clarify requirements, and translate sales objectives into Agentforce-enabled solutions. They will also provide strategic guidance on buy vs. build decisions and Agentforce roadmap alignment as well as design complex AI solutions leveraging Agentforce, Data 360, and Salesforce platform capabilities and lead solution design sessions and produce clear architecture documentation. This person will also act as a solution architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered CRM solutions as well as ensure alignment across Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Data 360, and CRM integrations.
