More responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, tracking expenditures, conducting cost and variance analyses, and ensuring procurement activities align with organizational policies and financial guidelines. This person will also manage day-to-day operational tasks, including reviewing SOW submissions, partnering with requesters on required changes, guiding teams through the PR process, submitting PRs in Oracle, and following up with approvers to keep requests moving. As the primary liaison between Marketing, Sourcing, Procurement, and Finance, you will act as the subject-matter expert on procurement workflows and operational best practices. You should be proactive, responsive, and able to extract key information quickly while helping teams stay compliant with processes and timelines. Budgeting & Financial Analysis? Track and reconcile budgets across Marketing teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial plans.? Perform cost, variance, and trend analyses to support decision-making and identify optimization opportunities.? Prepare monthly and quarterly budget summaries, spend forecasts, and financial dashboards.? Analyze vendor spend, contract terms, and category-level expenditures to support sourcing strategies.?
