Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Backend Engineer to join our large insurance client. In this role, the engineer will work as part of an Agile team supporting backend services for the client's... policy and claims system, contributing across both legacy and modern platforms. Approximately 75% of the role will focus on new feature development, with an increasing emphasis on Azure-based solutions, while 25% will involve production support for existing .NET and Oracle-based applications. The engineer will participate in daily stand-ups, work within two-week sprint cycles, and deliver into monthly production releases. Day to day, this individual will design, develop, and enhance backend functionality using C# and .NET, collaborate with team members to implement scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and help evolve the platform toward more cloud-native architectures.
