Insight Global is partnering with a leading defense client to support a high-visibility, technical roadmap within their classified services team. This Scrum Master will play a key role in driving... execution and delivery outcomes across teams. The role requires a seasoned agile delivery and planning resource to establish standard agile practices, strengthen planning and execution rigor, and provide actionable, data-driven insights. Success in this role will enable predictable delivery, effective capacity management, and alignment to a feature-based release cadence while improving operational maturity at scale. This person will work closely with the Operations Lead to drive this infrastructure project. Compensation: $55-70/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
