Perform linear & nonlinear static analysis; modal, harmonic, and random response analysis.? Conduct geometry creation, meshing, solving, and technical report writing.? Use tools such as HyperWorks, Femap/NASTRAN, and ANSYS Mechanical.Cross-Functional Engineering? Work closely with Project Engineers, Drafters, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Test Lab, Contracts, and Sales.? Conduct internal flow and external insulation calculations with in-house tools.Automation & Tool Development? Build custom analysis and automation tools using Excel/VBA, MATLAB, Python, and software APIs.Other Responsibilities? Provide mentorship to junior engineers (no direct supervisory duties).?
