Our client is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to lead inbound transportation operations for defined product categories while driving continuous improvement across logistics, business... analytics, and project management related to transportation budgets and product flow/allocations. This person will support operational and financial SOPs across 3PL, redistribution, and temperature monitoring programs, with a strong focus on financial standards and day-to-day management of logistics partners. On a daily basis, they will oversee execution of a ~$100M logistics budget, ensure operational standards and on-time performance, manage supply lane and MOQ compliance, and support transportation exceptions, expedites, and freight claims with 3PL partners.
