Our team configures Dynatrace (most is automated), does the administration and deploying on the backend tooling. Our job is to get it deployed and up and running for the application team. Our team uses Dynatrace for Observability Metrics, Traces and Events. We use Splunk for Logs for Observability. Our team does not use OTEL for observability telemetry like New Relic. Strong experience with New Relic or Data Dog could be an alternative to Dynatrace experience.
