An Insight Global client is currently looking for a Legal Operations & Contract Specialist to join their team. This individual will support the team by managing legal intake and contract workflows... from request through execution, including triaging and routing matters, tracking approvals and follow-ups, processing signatures, and maintaining accurate contract data, while partnering with Procurement and TPRM on vendor-related matters, handling renewals, terminations, and standard legal notices, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and supporting broader legal operations projects and process initiatives.
