Insight Global is seeking a Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Analyst/Engineer for one of our clients in Waller, TX. The Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) IT Analyst/Engineer will play a key role in supporting,... configuring, and enhancing the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System within a large-scale enterprise environment. In this role, you?ll work closely with operations, IT, and integration teams to ensure MAWM is optimized for performance, stability, and scalability. Your day-to-day work will involve managing technical configurations, creating and maintaining extensions, designing and executing system integrations, and providing post-implementation support. You?ll troubleshoot complex issues, develop automation to streamline warehouse processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve system functionality. This position also requires hands-on engagement with warehouse operations, ensuring that system enhancements align with real-world workflows such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and labor optimization.
