Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Prompt Engineer for a 6-month contract (with potential extension) to support the development of GenAI applications within their Advice Center... platform. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, increasing to 4 days as of September 15th) is based in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will work closely with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and LLMA to craft, test, and refine prompts that help advisors summarize and interpret client interactions and work purposes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for AI-driven innovation in client service environments.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design and develop clear, effective prompts for LLMs to support advisor workflows. Validate prompt outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency. Continuously refine and optimize prompts based on feedback and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into the Advice Center.
