Interrogate (IFF-I). All software is developed in C++, aligned to prescribed government reference architectures and coding standards. Test and integration span unclassified and classified environments, including Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) pipelines, culminating in Functional Qualification Testing (FQT). The Software Testing Manager serves as the single management point of contact for the software test workstream. This individual leads an independent test team and owns staffing, onboarding, delivery governance, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle of the program.Key Responsibilities:- Design test frameworks, standards, and automation approaches- Develop and maintain automated test suitesIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD or gated build pipelines- Ensure automation coverage aligns with risk and critical paths- Execute test cases and exploratory testing- Validate integrations, workflows, and edge cases- Log and validate defects with clear reproduction steps- Support regression, smoke, and release readiness testing- Participate in requirements reviews and backlog refinementPay Range: Pay will be hourly and varies by level of experience. Average Range: ~$40-80/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
