Daily operations include working from complex drawings, process sheets, instructions, visual display units, tool management PC, reading and understanding CNC programs, planning and coordination of available jobs and pallet stations to maximize machine utilization, managing the machines automatic tool changer systems, equipped with 100+ position automatic tool change system, PC based tool management/preset system, part probe, broken tool detection, adaptive control and horsepower monitor and is DNC linked. Setup and loading of large production parts and heavy fixtures to the pallet stations internal to machining operations using appropriate material handling equipment, ladders and work platforms.
