Job Description

Trade Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team with coordination of global trade marketing communications and providing eye-catching materials to target audiences. In partnership with internal stakeholders, the trade marketing specialist manages and oversees assets from content ideation to delivery. With their savvy, analytical mindset, they are quick to understand trends in data and act on strategies that will provide the most lucrative results. This individual will also be well-aligned with the sales team to prioritize and collaborate collateral, support event activations and encourage co op growth through trade partners. They will also be a key player in Seabourn's trade media placements and supporting online initiatives like website maintenance and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of marketing experience, with B2B, trade, or media experience preferred
Experience managing agencies and prioritizing projects based off business needs
Demonstrated history of successful cross-channel marketing campaign management
Knowledge of marketing channels and technologies, including but not limited to; Microsoft and Adobe platforms, ESPs, Salesforce, social media
Makes data-driven decisions based off performance analytics
Active problem-solver that critically thinks through strategies and solutions for both short-term and long-term goals
Asana as a project management tool . Monday.Com

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project management experience is a plus
Travel industry experience is a plus
