· Ability to take business requirements, perform Fit Gap analysis, design, develop technical documentation, and solutions
· Communicate with stakeholders at different levels and non-technical backgrounds
· Develop API using Peoplesoft technology to interface with external systems
· Migrate data to/from system of records
· Modify user interfaces and processes
· Develop quality-related documents for all solutions
