A utilities client in the PNW is looking for a Service Desk Associate to work hybrid in the Tacoma/Renton area Washington. This individual will act as a first point of contact supporting the company for information systems user problems, including traveling to different locations to help with mobile device set-up. They will also respond to routine hardware/software problems and complete tickets through Service Now. Ideally this person will be technically savvy, have great communication skills, and have a desire to learn new things.

Experience in a Help desk or customer support environment supporting various hardware, software and personal computer tools: 1-2 years.
Experience with InTune.
Experience with mobile device set-up, specifically iPhones.
Ability to set up authentication.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to type 35 WPM.
Ability to deliver customer service to users with various levels of computer knowledge.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
