Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Level Saviynt IAM Architect who will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and overall strategy of enterprise identity governance solutions, with a strong focus on Saviynt. This individual will own the architecture and deployment of scalable, secure identity systems that support compliance, access control, and business operations.
They will design and implement key IGA capabilities such as access requests, certifications, role-based access models, and policy governance, while also driving long-term IAM strategy aligned to zero trust and identity-first security principles. This person will assess the current identity landscape, recommend improvements, and partner with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
Additionally, they will support ongoing optimization of identity platforms, contribute to governance frameworks, and help ensure systems meet regulatory and security requirements.
Compensation:
$140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as an IGA/IAM Architect, leading enterprise identity governance initiatives
4+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience, including:
Designing and deploying core modules (Access Requests, Certifications, Role Management, SoD, Analytics)
Configuring workflows, connectors, and access policies
10+ years of overall experience working with identity and access technologies, including:
Identity lifecycle management
SSO, federation, and directory services
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Strong experience with Microsoft identity stack:
Active Directory
Entra ID (Azure AD)
ADFS
Deep understanding of authentication and identity protocols:
SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM
Experience implementing:
MFA and adaptive/conditional access controls
Integrations between IAM systems and enterprise/cloud applications
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM architecture and technical solutions
Experience building identity governance frameworks:
Access requests
Certifications
Role modeling
Policy enforcement and analytics
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards:
SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and general security governance best practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience driving enterprise IAM or zero trust transformation initiatives
Strong background in identity strategy and roadmap development
Experience working in highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
Exposure to additional IGA or IAM tools beyond Saviynt
Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams
Experience building governance documentation, standards, and operating models
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure, IAM/IGA-specific certifications)
