Job Description

The Epic Resolute PB Analyst for Community Connect is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Professional Billing workflows for affiliated practices using Epic’s Community Connect model. This role ensures accurate claim submission, payment posting, and billing processes for physician and clinic services. The analyst collaborates with revenue cycle teams, IT, and partner organizations to maintain system integrity and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Community Connect Implementation & Support
Configure and maintain Epic PB applications for Community Connect clients.
Assist with onboarding new practices and tailoring workflows to their needs.
Provide ongoing support for billing processes across multiple connected organizations.
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Resolve break/fix issues related to claims, charge capture, and remittance.
Test and validate changes in a safe environment before production.
Workflow Optimization
Analyze billing processes for Community Connect partners and recommend improvements.
Implement enhancements and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Training
Work closely with revenue cycle teams, finance, and IT to align system functionality with business needs.
Train end-users on billing workflows and best practices.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain detailed documentation of system changes and workflows.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Compensation: $50/hr to $57/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience

Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification
Experience with Community Connect implementations and multi-entity billing workflows.
Strong understanding of physician billing, claims processing, and denial management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with General Ledger integration and financial reconciliation.
Knowledge of Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows.
Experience with other Epic modules (Cadence, Prelude).
