We are seeking two Spotters to support safety operations at a data center in Manassas. This is a short-term assignment focused on ensuring worker safety during security camera installation.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and assist workers on ladders and elevated surfaces who are installing security cameras.
• Maintain a clear line of sight to ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
Requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be reliable and able to work onsite for the full duration.
• Must be comfortable working/standing outside
Schedule & Commitment
• Full-time for 3 weeks.
Start as early as 12/2
