JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global's energy manufacturing client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Webster, TX.
This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing operations through data analysis, process improvement, and compliance oversight. Responsibilities include analyzing production workflows and schedules to provide actionable insights, evaluating and enhancing quality control processes, and ensuring adherence to government regulations. The position also involves coordinating equipment maintenance, supporting design engineers to align production with specifications, and serving as a liaison between engineering and operations. Additionally, the role may require training operators and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Experience
MUST HAVES:
- 5-7+ years of experience of related engineering experience
○ Manufacturing
○ Industrial
- Experience improving work instructions, processes, etc.
Has been the liaison between operations teams and high-level engineering teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PLUSSES:
- Proficiency with CAD drawings, specifically with Solidworks
○ Ability to design tools with various engineering teams
○ Modeling simple fixtures
Experience within the battery industry
