Job Description
- Inspection & Testing: Perform daily inspections and field tests (e.g., concrete, pipe, coatings, rebar, welds) and verify materials meet project specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain Inspection & Test Reports (ITRs), daily logs, and prepare NCRs and FQNs. Ensure all QC documentation is organized and submitted in PDF format.
- Submittals & Meetings: Support submittal review and tracking, and attend pre-installation meetings to review scope and specifications.
- Coordination & Compliance: Ensure installations follow project plans and QA/QC standards, communicate with stakeholders, and support compliance with contractual and permitting requirements.
- Punchlist & Closeout: Assist with punch list preparation and execution, gather closeout documentation, and support final walkthroughs to correct deficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement & Field Quality Management: Participate in lessons learned meetings, provide feedback to improve practices, manage NCRs and FQNs for Thalle, and ensure thorough QC operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience as a QC-tech/inspector in heavy civil water, wastewater, water treatment plants
- Need experience with daily inspections, including concrete placement, coatings for pipes and concrete, understanding the types of coatings and their specific applications, rebar placements, and welding.
- Additionally, experience with QC inspections in the plant, ensuring all necessary elements are thoroughly inspected.
- Bluebeam experience
