An employer is looking for a NOC Technician (Small Cell) in the Frisco, TX area. You will be providing remote support for the client's small cell and RAN products. You will be routed tickets through the que and diagnose the issues. From there, you will perform basic troubleshooting to resolve these issues and then escalate to the small cell vendors to perform more in depth troubleshooting. Additional tasks will include performance system upgrades, reset radios, review alarms, change management and network verification.

2+ years experience in network operations related roles
Well versed with RAN and/ or small cell technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills related to small cells
Vendor coordination/ escalation experience
Flexible schedule, good communication
