Job Description
An employer is seeking a TPM to join their team in Austin, TX. He or she will be joining the Video Engineering organization and will be work alongside UI teams, Product teams, 3rd Party Alliance teams (ex Microsoft) and a Modular Room team. The TPM will act as a Scrum Master for the first half of the day with 4 scrum teams, size of teams range from 6 people up to 15. Most of the scrum teams sit in Europe hence why the mornings will be filled with that responsibility. In the afternoon, he or she will pick up more of the TPM responsibilities such as building reports, helping with data mining and external support. The ideal candidate is someone that can ensure project timelines are met, push projects forward and be able to work across cross functional teams. This role is onsite 3 days a week and the hourly pay rate ranges from $30 - $45/hr depending on experience and feedback from the client.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years as a Project Manager over technical software related projects
Scrum Master certified or hands on Scrum Master experience
Strong experience working with Agile methodologies
Hands on Jira experience and some Smart Sheets knowledge
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical background such as QA tester, developer, etc
