Required Skills & Experience
• Have 4+ years of construction project management experience. Not looking for someone fresh out of college.
• Able to work in Tesla’s environment and who will be able to hit the ground running.
• Prefer someone with experience working for a general contractor, but trade-specific experience acceptable.
• Multi-discipline experience is a plus. Backfill position was mainly over CSA scopes but if there’s someone with MEP experience who can also take on CSA.
• Prefer someone local who can start immediately and won’t require per diem.
• Experience with RFI’s, Submittals, Contracts/SOW, project buyout/procurement/RFP’s, field verifications/coordination, scheduling, budget tracking, project reporting /forecasting, reviewing invoices.
