Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with a transformational mindset to lead and execute strategic initiatives. This role focuses on driving improvements and execution—not just process analysis or documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines and labor estimates.
Lead stand-up meetings, facilitate calls, and coordinate across teams.
Create clear and comprehensive documentation for projects and deliverables.
Oversee the innovation pipeline, incorporating ideas from physicians and facilities related to referrals, call center operations, and admissions.

3+ years of IT Software Project Management Experience
Experience with Automation/RPA Projects and Tools
Experience with Change Management
Background in healthcare operations (Admissions, Referral Programs, Call Centers)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP Certification
Change Management Certifications
GCP Exposure
