Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator and QA for Digital Applications. This is a 12 month contract and is located in Saskatoon. A successful candidate is expected to go on-site 5 days a week. This individual will lead initiatives to optimize processes, ensure high-quality outcomes, and support ongoing improvement of digital solutions across IT, OT, and cloud environments. This role will establish and maintain standards, ensure compliance with quality assurance practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within digital project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience coordinating digital transformation, process improvement, or QA in IT/OT/cloud environments.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, software testing tools, and process optimization methodologies.
Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO) considered an asset.
