As a Senior Accountant, you will manage full cycle accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations for prepaid taxes, customer rebates, commissions, and cash transactions. You will ensure timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end closing processes. Collaborating with the Marketing department, you will provide insightful financial forecasts. Your expertise in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, V-lookups, and advanced functions, will be crucial (QuickBooks experience is not required). You will work with our legacy Data Works system and contribute to our project transitioning to Oracle. Additionally, you will assist with quarter-end and year-end audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as you will engage with leaders on forecasting discussions and contribute to our team-oriented culture.

Experience: 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience (flexible if not all experience is full cycle).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Skills: Self-awareness, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (Data Works and Oracle preferred).
