Insight Global is looking for an experienced recruiter with experience in the utility segment. In this role, he/she is going to be responsible for recruiting lineworkers for various locations in Pittsburgh, Mckeesport, Aliquippa, Glenshaw and Penn Hills. He/she would be focusing on active sourcing on tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and coming up with new ways to attract talent. He/she will also be communicating with internal management and developing strategy to retain talent

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years in recruitment, focusing on active sourcing
• Utility recruitment experience (electric lineworker specific ideal)
• Union recruitment experience
• Great communication and work ethic
