A leader in the health insurance space is actively hiring for a REMOTE ERP Business Analyst to support their Strategic Sourcing group in initiating an ERP Transformation. As this teams ERP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholder groups to gather and analyze their requirements for an effective ERP solution. Key responsibilities include:
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP systems.
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP functions
- 4+ years of analyzing business processes and workflows
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication
