Overview
We are seeking a DMX Transformation Lead to drive a high-impact, end-to-end transformation across digital production workflows, operating model design, and automation strategy.
This role will be embedded within a cross-functional environment and will partner closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing Experience (DMX), Content Operations, Audience, and Site Experience teams.
Importantly, this is not a standalone role—this leader will be part of a broader Insight Global delivery team, bringing together multiple resources across process optimization, workflow design, change management, and automation strategy to execute a phased transformation.

What You’ll Do
1. Lead Early-Stage Assessment & Quick Wins (Days 1–30)
• Evaluate current-state workflows, tooling (including Airtable), and team behaviors to identify inefficiencies and high-friction processes
• Quantify opportunities for optimization, including time savings and modernization potential
• Deliver actionable recommendations for immediate process and behavior improvements
• Identify and size opportunities for automation and AI/agent-enabled workflows
• Establish baseline performance metrics and define initial quick wins for execution

2. Design & Activate the Target Operating Model (Days 31–60)
• Define a scalable target operating model (TOM), including ownership, decision rights, and cross-functional alignment
• Shift workflows upstream by clarifying responsibilities across DMX and partner teams
• Lead the development of a structured change management approach, including communication and adoption strategy
• Align stakeholders on governance, success metrics, and ways of working
• Build and sequence a transformation roadmap across process, tooling, and organizational changes

3. Drive End-to-End Transformation (Days 61–90+)
• Lead end-to-end workflow mapping from intake through go-live, identifying bottlenecks and redundancies
• Design and implement optimized, future-state workflows that enable speed, scale, and automation readiness
• Develop a phased automation and agentification roadmap, aligned to the future-state production model
• Evaluate transformation impact across speed to market, planning models, and talent/capability
• Provide strategic recommendations for ongoing transformation priorities and next-phase initiatives

How You’ll Work
• Operate as the transformation lead within a team-based delivery model, partnering with Insight Global resources across process, tooling, and change management
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and execution
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring recommendations translate into measurable outcomes
• Act as a key connector between business stakeholders and delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in digital production, content operations, or workflow/process transformation
• Proven experience leading operating model design and cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong background in process mapping, workflow optimization, and tooling ecosystems (Airtable or similar a plus)
• Experience driving change management and stakeholder alignment in complex environments
• Familiarity with automation, AI, or agent-enabled workflows (ability to identify and size opportunities)
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
